Refund Policy

We accept returns for both opened and unopened products. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, and a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products.

Is an RMA required? Yes, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. This can be obtained by contacting customer support via email at [email protected] or by phone at 833-364-1962.

Who covers shipping costs? Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

What items are covered/not covered? Refunds are available for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

How long will it take for refunds to be processed? Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

How long should the cardholder expect to see refunds credited to their card once processed? After processing, cardholders should expect to see the refund credited to their card within 5-10 business days, depending on their bank or card issuer.
